Why should I choose ACGC?

We take pride in getting to know our customers. We’ll make sure you get to your appointment on time and back home in a timely manner.

How do I reserve a ride?

To schedule a pick-up, please fill out our pick-up form or call us at (845) 521-0588. Please remember to gather your origin and destination addresses and phone numbers before calling.

When should I call to reserve a ride?

You should call us as soon as you have made your appointment, however our office can be contacted anytime. If the office is closed please send us an e-mail at: angel@acgctransportation.com and we will respond within one business day. Our answering machine is checked periodically as well.

Can my caregiver accompany me in the van?

A caregiver/family member can accompany you on the trip at no cost.

How do I cancel my ride?

Call us at (845) 521-0588 as soon as possible.

Do you provide ambulette service?

As of right now, our fleet does not include ambulettes, we are working on it and will update our services once we do!

Can a customer be transported with oxygen?

Yes. As long as the driver does not have to administer the oxygen and no wheelchair support is needed. Patients must have their own we do not provide oxygen.

We are a Medicaid approved service.
